We recommend: fan on very low or intermittent with a cycle timer (on for 1 minute and off for 10 is enough). Humidity should be 85-90% 👍

Thank you for the question! Yes, you should clean between each fruiting cycle, or more frequently if there is significant spore build up. To clean the vinyl tent, here's what we recommend: Use a damp cloth and mild cleanser. DO NOT use bleach or abrasives. After cleaning it can also be sanitized by spraying with a 70% isopropyl alcohol solution inside and out. If you have product on the shelves and it's not a full post fruiting cycle clean, just use the damp cloth with mild cleanser and not the alcohol solution.

If you let it sit for several days you may just need to add more lime again.

Depends on amount. Full ethanol will kill it but with stuff like wine 16% is within the tolerance of a few strains of bacteria of the same family; so it can possibly ferment again and metabolize certain acids into other acids in the solution. (malolactic fermentation)

It would be really hard to isolate the contamination efficiently, but alcohol would kill it.
